Ingredients: 250ml lactose free milk 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks 1 medium sugar (lady finger) banana 1 tbsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 tsp ground turmeric) 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or ⅓ tsp ground ginger)
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
To make this recipe dairy free, use soy alternatives made from soy protein (not soybean) for the milk.
